Holistic Haven Counselling

A refuge from the outside world, we explore the interconnected dimensions of your world for a holistic journey for empowered well-being

Providing you with the support you need to live an empowered life.

Life isn’t always easy. It’s full of challenges, with unexpected twists and unfamiliar roads, which can be difficult to navigate.

At Holistic Haven Counselling, we support late-diagnosed neurodivergent women through a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed approach, supported by an AuDHD woman.

By creating a safe haven from the chaotic pressures of the outside world, we provide a space to process the performance of fitting into expectations, silencing your instincts, and pushing past burnout. To begin unmasking as a powerful process of safely returning to your authentic self, free from the pressure to blend in.

Providing support to equip you with tools to understand your feeling, behaviours and thoughts, to better navigate life’s complexities with greater ease and resilience. So, whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost or purposeless, our goal is to bring balance by exploring the presenting issues troubling you or holding you back from living an empowered life.

An empowered life comes from nurturing all dimensions of well-being, recognizing how they intertwine, and understanding that balance is not a destination but an ongoing process.

Holistic Haven Counselling recognise that seeking help is daunting, we provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for you to explore your challenges.

So, congratulations on taking that first step in your holistic journey for empowered well-being.
